The main regularities of radical initiator synthesis has been examined. Using functional initiator on the basis of C9 fraction of hydrocarbon pyrolysis pyrocondensate new oligomers with epoxy and carboxy groups, as well as with fluorine and silica atoms have been developed. It has been established the effect of monomer nature on the oligomerization process using model mixtures consisting of styrene and dicyclopentadiene. New polymer compositions with higher hardness and stability to corrosive media have been synthesized using above-mentioned functional oligomers. Method of oxidized oil bitumen modification with synthesized oligomers has been developed and bitumen-polymeric compositions with mentioned characteristics have been suggested.
