The fast-acting local subsystems for the autonomous by-phase regulation and high-quality stabilization of currents, powers of arcs and reactive power of furnace are created and their mathematical and digital models are developed. The efficient expert methods of synthesis of multicriterion optimum control of the complex modes are offered. Universal analytical methods of calculation of characteristics and integral indices of complex functioning are theoretically substantiated. The diagram and algorithmic solutions are developed for operative realization of optimum control strategies, which are dictated by the current requirements to the indices of complex and his external operating conditions.
