It has been revealed that the tilt angle in the smectic layer is the basic parameter for the electromechanical transformation. The parametric transformation and the parametric amplification have been obtained for the first time. The materials with the phase transformation in the smectic C phase of the second type must be used for the obtaining of the sound parametric transformation has been shown.
