Search of efficient conditions of modification of known natural organized and artificial sorbents was carried out, which could be expedient and efficient enough both from economic, and ecological standpoint. Testing of sorption characteristics of aluminum natural clay (glauconite), zeolite (klinoptilolite) and carbonaceous minerals (dolomite) to fluorine ion in steady-state and dynamic conditions were carried out optimum conditions were established of carrying out the modification of mineral surfaces by salt aluminum and of fluoride sorption.
