Overall objective of work was creation on the basis of share collections Orchіdaceae Juss. and Erіcaceae D.C. of department tropical and subtropical plants NBG of perspective hybrids which in the further can be a basis for reception of the first Ukrainian grades of orchids and azaleas. For safety of populations of tropical and subtropical plants special values are got with development as methods культивирования, selection of valuable forms, and effective methods of their duplication. During works features of a morphological structure and biological features of investigated mature plants kinds from families Orchіdaceae Juss, and Erіcaceae D.C. have been studied, that has allowed to optimize procedures of their micropropagation in vitro. At researched objects it is established direct dependence morphogenetic potentialities of explants from a physiological condition of a parent plant. The developed receptions micropropagation, seed duplication andpostaseptic adaptations of kinds Paphіopedіlum, Laelіa, Phalaenopsіs, Rhododendron has allowed to receive in weight a landing material and to select among it perspective forms for the further selection work with the purpose of reception of the first Ukrainian grades of orchids and azaleas.
