Hydrotropic and synenergetic effects in molecular association and molecular basis of compexation of biologicaly active aromatic molecules with DNA in different conformational states have been elucidated. Structural and thermodynamic parameters of the reactions have been calculated. The most probable spatial structures of the molecular associates and complexes have been determined.
