The experimental installation behind the given project, which productivity 100kg/hour and capacity of a drive 10 kW is made. On experimental installation the experimental researches on working of technological modes of reception highly effective mixed bodder from of fooder grain grain of barley, wheat, corn with the additives wastes of grain manufacture (elimination, peel buckwheat) with the additives and given qualitative characteristics mixed bodder of different structureare carried out. The carried out researches износостойкости different steels and different chemical-thermal processing in a modelling solution, which simulated conditions of work shnec and cylinder and developed recommendations from increase wear-resistant and durability of unit extruding.
