V., Registration Date 15-02-2007 Organization Khmelnytskiy National University popup.description2 The research effort 2B-2005 "Theory of phase-frequency measurements and transformations of radiosignals and directions of its application" is the complete scientific research, and devoted to questions of the accuracy and operation speed increasing, and forming phase-frequency parameters of electric and radio signals. There have been founded the fundamentals of a new scientific branch in the electro-radio- measuring technique and been solved scientific applied problem, which has the important national economic meaning, and lies in creating the theory of phase-frequency measurements and transformations of radiosignals, on the ground of which there have been developed fundamentally new methods and means of measuring, transformation and formation of phase-frequency parameters of radiosignals, also shown abilities of their application in scientific investigations and industry. There has been ascertained that, that the existing phase or frequency models with regard to electric, and, especially, radio signals, are inadequate, and it leads to the impossibility of accuracy and operation speed increasing of phase-frequency parameters measurements. There has been developed the theory and conception of the unified phase-frequency approach, which is based on the notion of main informational parameter and its derivative (adequate model); methods and means of metrological maintenance of phase-frequency measurements, that is the new ponderable contribution to developing as the electro- radio-measuring theory as well as the theory of forming and processing signals.
