T., Registration Date 15-02-2007 Organization Khmelnytskiy National University popup.description2 In order to carry out optimal synthesis of linkage circular path generating, straight-line and dwell mechanisms a numerical method for the definition of the approximate part in such mechanisms which has advantages in comparison with known methods is developed, and on its basis numerical and analytical method of synthesis of straight-line linkage mechanisms and dwell mechanisms using Ball’s and Burmester’s points on the basis of four-bar and oscillating linkages is worked out. New type of coupler plane special points was found which was named the 4th order straightening points; they have some advantages while synthesizing above-mentioned mechanisms. Synthesis of dwell linkage mechanisms on the basis of slider-crank linkage mechanism has been carried out. Geometrical parameters of synthesized mechanisms have been calculated and existence domains of such mechanisms have been defined which allow carrying out optimal synthesis using different criteria. Computer modeling, kinematic and kinetostatic analysisof above-mentioned mechanisms have been carried out. Developed engineering methods of synthesis and given results (graphs, reference tables) can be used by designers in the process of synthesizing of different machines.
