During research a concept, structure and consist of computer information and analytic system for assistance to engineering-oceanological works in region of gas and oilfields of north-western part of the Black sea were developed. Scientific analysis of ecological situation was conducted. Multidisciplinary database containing observations of environmental parameters for the north-western part of Black sea and database management system were created. Based on collected data a computer atlas of climatic oceanological characteristics was formed. Information unit, containing various information about investigated region was included into the system.
