Software to measure, record and process information was developed and modernized. The conducted tests revealed high metrology parameters of the wave-measuring complex, reliability and vitality in difficult meteorological conditions, ease and visualization of data representation and registration program. The units and elements of the radar complex to determine perturbation and wind fields' parameters and to visualize and identify oil contamination were developed and manufactured. Technical requirements for the ship navigation stations of circular scan were implemented. They can be used on the station net concerned with ecological monitoring in regions of mineralresources production and seaside resorts. The manufacture of signal processing unit to visualize and record a radar signal on computer and corresponding software was completed.
