The aim: investigation using incoherent scatter data of complex of physical processes in ionosphere and atmosphere, caused by solar flares, solar wind changes and magnetic storms. The method of investigation: ground-based incoherent scatter method. The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar the unique data about solar mind parameters behavior influence on magnetosphere, ionosphere and thermosphere. Ionosphere reaction on geomagnetic disturbances was resumed. The device and methodic for ionospheric measurements of space weather effects was made. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connexions development and space and ground-based radio communication technology . The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connections and circumterrestrial environment; forward-looking technologies of information, the systems of communication and radio navigation.
