The main method for investigation is the method of integral equations for nonstationary electrodynamics. An approach used in this work is made by virtue of developed combination of a resolvent analytic method and numerical methods for integro-diferential equations. To provide this approach the new code supplyment is created that allows to model and investigate propagation of electromagnetic signals with arbitrary spatial and temporal dependence in nonstationary layer.
