The list of types of phytoplankton of the Crimean coast has been made, which is necessary for the estimation of marine phytoresources and genetic fund of Ukraine. An information base has been created for the museum of marine microalgae. The cultivation objects have been indentified and systemized. An intensive cultivation technology has been developed and new cultures of red, green microalgae and ciano-bacteria with high maintenance of biologically valuable compounds have been cultivated. Conditions of the longlasted microalgae's viability in the state of anhydrobiosis have been found. It has been established that the quality of the deep water of the Black sea allows to recommend it as a natural cultivation environment for the line of mono- and multicellular algae. The cultures of microalgae, used as a forage for the giant oyster reared in a nursery have been cultivated. Technologies and methods of biophysical express-estimation of the adaptation possibility and the functional state of the planktonic algae as a part of genetic fund of plants of Ukraine have been developed.
