It is shown, that the five-level structure metal system corresponds to hierarchy conditions. Functional potentialities of EHPT are determined. It is obtained experimentally, that EHPT has active influence on all five structure levels and promotes for increasing hard metal quality. The system analysis of external structure-forming EHPT parameters, which have influence structure-kinetic changes within melt, is fulfilled. Methodological base for founding a new EHPT technology, which is based on the system approach to control of cast metal quality, is worked out.
