For the first time, a PV module using porous silicon and thin films technology has been proposed, and SC parameters were calculated depending on silicon and porous silicon properties. Automated algorithms were designed which realize a method able to measure the IV characteristics of each SC in module, and the tests were fulfilled. A demo and educational setup including 30 W solar module, accumulator, loading has been created. The problems appearing at the country level PV energy development were analyzed, and the recommendations are outlined that could support such process.
