Temperature intervals of the synthesis maximum response rate have been specified. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the obtained powder impurities have been held and its cleaning efficiency during synthesis has been evaluated. A fundamentally new construction of a feeder working with all powder fractions with the exception of the actuating mechanisms vibration and powder packing in a storage bin has been developed.
