The parameters requirements criteria for ZnSe and CdWO4 scintillators ensuring production of 1D-rule and 2D-matrix with identity parameters for separate canals not worth than ?5% as respects the mean level have been developed. The influence of technological conditions of the charge growth and composition on ZnSe crystal spectral-kinetic parameters has been determined. The fundamental possibility of the commercial production of ZnSe scintillators with light output 180% as respects CsI(Tl) has been demonstrated. Prototypes of composite scintillators based on zink selenide have been found.
