Object of research - is a system of preparation of specialists of cryptographic and technical information security. The aim of the work - development of proposal about creation of the proved system of preparation of specialists security cryptographic and technical the information in Ukraine. Method of research - the qualitative analysis of descriptions of legacy and systems of preparation of specialists of cryptographic and technical information security allover the world and in Ukraine, expert forecasting of ways of the problem solving of questions on the basis of scientific, pedagogical and practical experiences of executors of the project. The modern state of political, economic, public relations in Ukraine has made necessary to provide national security, including due to own system of preparation of specialists of cryptographic and technical information security. It is shown, that such preparation should be carried out on the basis of use of global and national experience. Ukraine is at a level of the leading states of the world in this area. Proposal on division of baccalaureate and professional programs of preparation of specialists are proved, ways on reduction of their number are predicted. It is proposed as bases for standards of education to use corresponding experience of KHURE. Proposal under the concept of preparation of specialists of information security in Ukraine are given. In appendices the resulted original materials of educational standards of KNURE, are given, the incorporated elements of components of proposal in the feather standards, help materials on typical official duties of experts, etc are prepared. Results of work can be used at formation of branch standards of education, development of the concept of preparation of specialists.
