The stimylatory influence on morphogenic potential and growth of callus cultures have been revealed. It was shown that the polysaccharide elicitor could be used in vivo and in vitro to increase the resistance of beet to bacteriosis. The effect of presowing treatment of beet seeds with polysaccharide elicitor obtaned from Pseudomonas syringae pv. aptata on the germination energy, shooting and bacterial, fungi and virus disease have been studied. It has been found that elicitor increases the germinating energy and seed shooting, plant resistance to bacterial, fungi and virus diseases also.
