The results confirm higher sensitivity of transgenic plants to temperature stress and indicate the important role of regulative systems for dynamic balance of calcium concentrations in cellular compartments. It was shown that the increase in free proline and sugars contents occur in winter wheat plants during cold acclimation, freezing and remission. The ratio of these compatible osmolites in plants is genotype- and temperature-dependent. Different temperature, amplitude and time-course patterns of accumulation of these substances prove partially successive implementation of involving them protective mechanisms in winter wheat plants during wintering.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
