The opportunity of use morphological mutations picked out in inbred lines of sugar beet at creation of new pollinators O-type and them male sterility analogues with improved seed efficiency and quality of seed has been shown. The complex of biotechnological metods for receiving plant-regenerations of the different beet genotypes by means of direct regeneration has been developed. The mechanisms of plants resistance to bacterial disease are discussed and practical results of use of polysaccharide elicitor are demonstrated. It was received five patents on this investigations.
