The system of innovative project management for automation of support of acceptance of administrative decisions is the article of research. During conducting of research such methods were used: critical analysis (at are selected basic directions of scientific theories and initial conceptual models of formulation of problems of project management and their decision); economico-statistichniy and factor analysis (for the analysis of intercommunications between the entry and initial parameters of project); method of expert estimations (for estimation of importance of ways and sources of receipt of project information); the methods of game (for the choice of optimum strategy) theory are the methods of theory of the informative systems (for development of model of management information by projects); methods of determination of economic efficiency of project (at acceptance of decisions in relation to the improvement of the system of project management). Scientific novelty of the got results. As a result of decision of the put tasks in work the got following results: - in a theory ob-rountovana expedience of more wide use of systems analysis in the innovative project management for automation of support of acceptance of administrative decisions; - definite system of innovative project management how the aggregate of processes is with authentication of parameters and intercommunications of management of primitive entrance and second output of stages of project; - the developed case frame by an innovative project after the steps of his implementation taking into account the structure of operating limitations, that the criterion of function of quality of management achieved the maximal value; - the developed system to the contour case frame by the parameters of the system of project management for determination of routes of planning, matrices of transitions for the purposes of project, life cycle and criteria. - definite chart of informative streams between the system of project management and system of industrial enterprise, the presented matrix relation of functioning of the system and mutual influencing of parameters of entrance and output of the explored object.
