The mechanism of complexation of radionuclides of actinoid family with organic and inorganic compounds of natural and man-caused origins has been investigated. The mechanism of complexation of multi-charge ions with carbonyl and amine groups of cationites has been investigated. Existence of huge heterophase clusters of the ordered water has been shown, the sizes and space placement of clusters are different for usual and heavy water and they depend on structure of water solutions. The optical analyzer of cluster structure of water with computer modelling was developed and manufactured. Heats of adsorption of water and methanol molecules on the hydrophilic centers of hydrophobic and hydrophobizated sorbents were investigated with use of chromatographic calorimetric and quantum-chemical methods. The complex approach to the analysis of potable water, has been developed with use of analytical chemistry, microbiology and biotesting methods.
