Task - to determine a level of real load of the hazardous factors of different origin on the population on the basis of field and experimental data, to elaborate the screening methods of donosologic changes and environmental exposure on the organism, to substantiate the preventive measures. Results - the appropraitenesses of the forming of aerogenic load on the people have been determined, a risk for the separate sources of the contamination, and risk both total carcinogenic load of toxic and carcinogenic compounds and separate substances for the health of population have been established; the prior factors for the organization of the preventive measures have been designated. A role and significance of the polymer materials in the forming of sanitary-and-hygienic state of indoor air environment were determined. A risk of the development of oncopathology among population under active and passive smoking was calculated.
