The results of study of particularities of macro- and microstructure of CCM at reinforcing processes of aluminum alloys by nonmetallic particles of various nature with using of the designed complex procedure are presented. On the base of analysis of published in research literature information about nature of interaction between phases in a composite materials on metallic base, the main positions of the possible interphase reactions passing at compacting and producing of castings from CCM are defined. The dates about structures conversions, which occur in matrix alloy as a result of reinforcing and the changing , which exist at heat treatment of monoalloy and CCM on its base are shown. The results of comparative testing of physico-termal and tribotechnical properties of the explored samples are presented. Prospects of the presented antifriction materials are shown and scientifically substantiated. Practical recommendations for production and using of CCM are made.
