It is set that in the flora of Carpathians 503 is counted endemic vascular plants taxa of species and subspecies grades. For the decision of problems of florogenesis of Carpathians the areal structure of flora, ways of migration of allochtonic component and composition of its autochtonic element, were certain. In composition the flora of Carpathians kinds prevail with the European (47,3%) and Eurasian natural habitats. Conception of florogenesis is developed in the mountain of Carpathian Floristic Sub-province. It is set that basic genetic elements in the flora of Carpathians it is been Holarctic-Tertiary genetic element, the Ancient Mediterranean genetic element and Ancient African origin taxa. In a network the Internet VEB-resources which present biodiversity of vegetation and naturally-protected territories of western areas of Ukraine are created.
