Purpose of the project is determination of magnitudes, colour indexes, the sizes, shapes, spin-vectors and optical properties of main-belt and near-Earth asteroids; polarization parameters of comets and their optical and physical properties, creation of Data-base of comet polarimetry. Methods of research: photometric and polarimetric observations, statistical analysis of data. During 123 nights the photometric observations of 39 asteroids and photometric and polarimetric ones of six comets were carried out. The lightcurves and magnitudes of these asteroids have been obtained; the compositional types and rotation periods for 14, BVRI-color indexes for 9 and diameter estimates for 17 of them have been obtained; the polarimetric opposition effect of high-albedo asteroid 44 Nysa has been discovered; the occultation albedos of 57 asteroids are determined; it is discovered that small main-belt asteroid 11264 Claudimaccone is binary and its parameters have been culculated; the sidereal period, sense of rotation, pole coordinates and shape of 11 asteroids have been determined using their lightcurves; a fraction of binaries among NEAs is estimated; the estimates of gas productivity and gas/dust ratio for comet С/2004 Q2 (Machholz) are obtained and it is classified as dust comet; the Database of comet polarimetry has been created. The obtained results are of great interest from the point of view of both fundamental science and the asteroid hazard problem. The lightcurves and parameters of polarization obtained in this project and Database of comet polarimetry are included to the international databases "Asteroid Photometric Catalogue" and "Planetary Data System", respectively.
