Karazin popup.description2 The research objects are extragalactic objects, the stars, the bodies of Solar System, the comets. The research aim is the obtaining of the optical positions of the ICRF sources, of comets and Solar System bodies, as well as Earth rotation parameters and circumstances of the occultation and eclipses. The methods of these investigations are observations of ICRF sources using reflector AZT-8 with CCD camera, obtaining of positions of ICRF sources from Palomar surveys as well as the positional observations of the Solar System bodies, of comets, of occultation and eclipses. The results of research presented in the 53 publications, as well as in the 29 reports at the 16 scientific conferences. During reporting period the following results were obtained: 1. The XC1 catalogue of positions and proper motions of faint reference stars up to 19 magnitude in 255 selected areas around ICRF sources is created and published on Strasbourg astronomical Data Center (CDS). The random and systematic errors of XC1 positions and proper motions are estimated and published. Based on XC1 positions and proper motions, the parameters of link between Hipparcos and ICRF systems are established. The catalog data can be queried from CDS web site http://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/cgi-bin/qcat?XC1. 2. The light curves of integrated visual brightness of Deep Impact target comet 9P/Tempel during 1972, 1983, 1994, and 2005 appearances were constructed and studied. The values of photometrical parameters H0, n, and H10 were calculated. A secular fading of this comet was studied. The light curve of comet near the impact time was constructed and it was compared with comet's water production rate. The photometrical peculiarities of comet and long-term evolution of comet's activity probably will change after impact. Therefore, the results, presented here, are important for study of the consequences of artificial impact to comet nucleus. On the basis of new observational data the values of secular fading for 18 short-period comets were determined. The variations in the absolute magnitude H10 of these comets are discussed as a function of time. An influence of 90-year solar cycle on the secular brightness variations was found. The photometrical peculiarities of 9 bright comets, which were observed during 1999-2004, were studied. The values of photometrical parameters H0, n, and H10 were determined for these comets. 3. During 95 night of reporting period 245 time differences UT0(X)-UTC were obtained. The results of this research prepared for publication and partially published. These results can be given for all interested organizations and professionals of astrometry, celestial mechanic and star astronomy in Ukraine and abroad. A forecast: probably improvement of link between Hipparcos and ISRF coordinate systems, the improvement of dynamical coordinate system from ground-based observations, making catalogues.
