The approaches for chemical modification of the probes were elaborated. The new surface active based media, which allow increasing twice the determination sensitivity for Lead and thrice for Cadmium and Nickel, were proposed. The projects of the laboratory methods for atomic absorption determination of toxicants in food products and industrial waste waters were elaborated. The determination limits were evaluated and shown it is lower than for determination of the discussed elements in acethylene-air flames. The conditions for the synthesis and purification of acetylacetonates of Lead, Cadmium and Chromium were optimized. The structure of the above mentioned complexes and their chelate origin were elucidated basing on IR, NMR spectra, gravimetric, titrimetric atomic absorption and atomic emission data. Their water and organic solvents solubility, stability in the crystalline state and in solutions were studied as well. The mean errors of the determination of the metals content in the experimental samples were estimated. Non-excludable systematic error was estimated mathematically by separate determination of its inclusion parts. The total determination error estimated as a sum of systematic and casual parts was found to be no higher than 0.3% at confidential probability 0.95. The laboratory methodics for extraction-atomic absorption determination of Chromium, Lead and Cadmium in feed products with the use of the new standard samples were elaborated. The lower limits for such determinations were evaluated. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
