Using information: international documents in relation to the questions of development of informative society and in family directions; open reports on the informative society, system of indicators and their methods on international, regional and national level, data of the Department of Statistics, headquarters of statistics in ARE Crimea, regions of Ukraine, Kiev and Sevastopol, Department of Education and Science of Ukraine, State Department of Communication and Informatization. Сonsultations with domestic experts in industry of ICT were conducted. The input information in the formalized view gave possibility to deepen thedegree of its treatment by the use of methods of mathematical statistics. The method of collection and treatment of information was developed for calculation of indexes of the National System of the Development of Informative Society Indicators. Social and economic factors, that affect the value of indicators of development of informative society were determined. Recommendations have been developed in relation to the use by the National system of the Development of Informative Society indicators.
