Works on application of nuclear-physical methods of control and research of processes of accumulation of hydrogen, distributing of his concentration on a depth in different alloys were conducted. The analysis of influencing of radiation irradiation and high temperatures is executed, actions of corrosive-active environments, features of the power loading at determination of factors which cause degradation of properties of materials of APS. It is shown, that to for some time past was physical nature of influence of hydrogen is not enough clear, at his small concentrations in a metal on mechanical properties of construction materials.
