Purpose of the work- creation of the scientific and technological base for outworking the new method of synthesize of the carbon nanotubes with given physics and chemical properties. Methods of the research- cyclic voltamperometry, electrolysis in the potencymetric and galvanometric regimes, methods of the chemical analysis, X-ray phase analysis, SEM and TEM, electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy. On the base of previous results of the electrochemical investigations the optimal composition of the electrochemical cells and electrolysis regimes has been chosen and test series of the carbon nanostructured materials for physical and chemical properties have been worked out.
