For the investigation of gene expression within recombinant baculoviruses in mammalian cells EGFP under the regulation of the enhancer-promoter construction CAG was used as the marker gene. Recombinant baculovirus AcMNPV-BacGFP which contains the marker gene under the CAG promoter has been constructed. Besides, recombinant AcMNPV-IFN has been constructed by the analogy with the procedure of obtaining of AcMNPV-BacGFP, and the construction with IL2 gene for generation of recombinant baculovirus has been prepared.
