The technological conditions of preparing raw materials and growing big crystals (( =35mm, l=250mm) using the Chokhralsky technique on the new high-frequency facilities (for example, "Oxide") were selected. The optimal concentrations to dope PbWO4 crystals with ions (Y3++Nb5+) were determined. The elements with parameters comparable to the best world's analogues were obtained. The light yield of the detectors based on the lead tungstate single crystals dimensions 22x22x180 mm3 made up 8-12 fe/MeV.
