Object - to develop algorithm, the block diagram and the program of calculation of the summary parameter of soils quality (SPSQ) as a complex estimation of their fertility on the basis of permanent agrochemical monitoring, the continuous control over a condition of a soil cover, its degradation and a degree of pollution. Methods - analytical, mathematical. Theoretical and practical results - the complex estimation of evolution of soil fertility with use of the summary parameter of soils quality (SPSQ) allows to estimate a degree of soil cultivation, to determine a direction of development of cultural soil process under influence of various anthropogenous factors and to develop the differentiated actions on soil cultivation, to reception of stably high crops of agricultural crops. This method at the regular account of a degree of soil cultivation can be applied by development of the scientifically-grounded scale of soil appraisal. Novelty - for the first time is developed the program of calculation of the summary parameter of soils quality (SPSQ) on the computer on the data of agrochemical soil inspections.
