In work the problem of development of the formal device and also instrumental-technological and language means of the agent-oriented programming distributed program systems is investigated. Problems of creation of models, methods and means of representation and processing of knowledge in knowledge bases of intellectual agents, an exchange of knowledge between agents, specification actions of agents and verification agents specifications, construction of information retrieval and analytical systems with use ontologies and increases of intellectuality multiagent systems is solved. Results intend for construction distributed opened problem-oriented intellectual program systems on the basis of agents approach. Systems are capable to process not structured, text-through and multimedia information with its subsequent analytical generalization and evident reproduction. Use ontologyies for representation of language knowledge and knowledge of subject domain, and also methods of the generalized experience ofsystem raise efficiency of search, first of all, its relevance.
