The original components specification knowledge model is proposed as a composition of domain ontologies and software engineering ontology, that give the unified conceptual space for accumulation and effective search of reused resources. The problem-oriented software technologies production methodology is proposed, which include metatechnological models, situational methods and tools. Assessment and decision-making models and methods for qualitative and economic parameters of program systems with using UML are developed. The requirements engineering methodology is developed, based on corresponding knowledge ontologies and its information support by means of reused assets repository with tools for changes management during software development. The component methodology is proposed, based on life cycle processes with application of the theoretical results of components algebra. Results of researches are implemented into development process of integrated environment for information systems and Web-applications according to Ukrainian Academy of Science normalization program.
