The developed algorithm is approved for preforecasting analysis and forecasting time series of some a monthly index of gross national product in Ukraine and time series of sickness rate of inhabitants of one of cities of the Zaporozhye area. The model of subscription pricing taking into account casual demand on the basis of use of statistical games and the theory of fuzzy sets is advanced. The problem of uniform loading which arises in different applied branches is investigated. The complex of programs for generation casual hyper-graphs is developed and the test base of graphs for further use with the purpose of an estimation of efficiency of new methods of task solution on hyper-graphs is created.
