New methods of information processing based on hybrid systems of computational intelligence are developed that currently have no analogs. These systems are intended for analysis and prediction of stochastic and chaotic processes and states and are based on new structures of neo-fuzzy-neuro-wavelet-orthogonal neurons providing increased accuracy and data processing speed. Methods and algorithms of locally-parallel data processing are designed. Methods of morphological normalization of binary images and methods of synthesis and analysis of binary sections of grayscale images are developed. The use of the developed methods of intelligent analysis and data processing in real time will provide increase of accuracy and speed of classification, emulation, prediction, pattern recognition in medical, biological, technological, power systems, and navigational applications.
