The aim of work is research of cows with different types of higher nervous activity endocrine and nervous systems functioning peculiarities at case of environmental anthropogenic factors influence on animals. Physiologic, endocrinologic, biochemical, and statistical methods were used in the research. Experiments were released in manufacture conditions. There were investigated physiologic peculiarities of cows' organism functioning depending on blood parameters changing at influence of chemical, technological and antigenic exciters and types of the higher nervous activity. There was established that changing of morphological, biochemical, and immunobiological blood parameters depends not only on exciter nature but also on force, steadiness and mobility of nervous processes - excitation and damping. There was established that force and steadiness of nervous processes is related to brain bioelectric activity. Animals with the balanced processes in autonomous nervous system had the greatest possibilities of adoption to environment changes. They had the highest parameters of efficiency and resistance to diseases also. There were published methodical recommendations "Regulative mechanisms of neuroendocrine system of organism correction in conditions of stress at anthropogenic factors influence" according to results of the researches.
