Purpose of work - exposure of physical conformities to interaction nonstationary fields limited in space with dielectric structures and development of recommendations on the radiation and subsurface sounding, construction of calculation model for determination of the fields of dispersion, experimentally testing, recommending for georadar improvement. As a result of work is : - the theoretical model of distribution of three-dimensional impulsive bunch is offered through a heterogeneous environment - on the example of layered environment with heterogeneity, with heterogeneity which successfully coincides with a model sounding ground with the objects submerged in it; - on the base of the offered algorithm was the created program for the design and visualization of process of distribution of three-dimensional impulsive bunch through a heterogeneous environment; - a number of improvements and recommendations concerning a design of georadar and program processing of results is offered, the problem of radiation, interaction with nonhomogeneous environment and reception of non-stationary signals is considered; - the opportunity of 3-dimensional scanning in space due to the improvement of the antenna system of a georadar is shown possibility is shown and also the technique of synthesis of diagram of an orientation of antenna system due to accommodation of elements in a lattice is offered; - for more effective radiation and increase of georadara power the synthesis algorithm of antenna elements of a lattice with the set characteristics and necessary coordination with the generator and exited lines is offered. The results of work can be used at development and improvements of devices and devices for finding an electrical parameters of observed objects, an elaboration of complete packet of investigation for interaction of pulse signals with substances and complex structures for creating modern georadar.
