Object of work is behaviour of economic subjects in the problem situations. Aim of work is an imitation modelling of behaviour of economic agents in the problem situations. For this aim in work are posed and decided the following problems: the analysis of base concepts of situation and situation modelling is considered, conceptual bases of simulation are considered and technology of simulation is developed, the modelling of behaviour of economic agents in the problem situations, connecting with taxation, is realized, the situation modelling of behaviour of an enterprise caused by a management dynamic descriptions of capital structure is carried out. Methods of research are systems approach and mathematical modelling. On the basis of critical approach the base concepts of situation modelling are analysed and classification of centres of situations is formulated. A simulation on the base of system approach is chosen as a basic tool of situation modelling. Conceptual principles of simulation are formulated, technology of model imitation is offered. The modelling of behaviour of economic agents in the problem situations, connected with taxation, is carried out to a few directions. The model complex of situation management the tax loading, one of the major descriptions of functioning of enterprise, is constructed. The simulation model of tax evasion is developed, it allows to analyse the defferent types of tax behaviour and give an opportunity to get situations of conflict of interesr of the state and payers. The simulation model of management dynamic descriptions of structure of capital is developed, it a;;ows to carry out the flexible forming of managing influences in unstable and problems situations.
