Recommendation were worked on spraying of anti-corrosion coatings on large metal structures under their service conditions. Effectiveness of application of anti-corrosion thermal coatings in steel metal structures in different aggressive environments was established. Results of assessment of quality of electric arc coatings of NK5 alloy, zinc and ZN-AL-Si coating, produced at combined application of zinc and aluminium-silicon wires, are given. Properties of the most widely spread abrasives depending on their temperature were analyzed. Calculation are given for cost of thermo-abrasive treatment and high-speed flame-spraying of coatings relative to the unity of a treated surface.
