Modified method of submacular hemorrhage pneumatic displacement allow to achieve the subretinal blood evacuation from macular area in 95,8 % of cases with the visual acuity improvement up to 0,2 in 62,5 % of cases next day after operation. A new method of diabetic macular edema treatment has been worked out. The method consists of vitrectomy in combination with laser coagulation and gas tamponade.
