Implantation of amniotic membrane is instrumental in warning of the surplus scarring of tissue structures of склеры of eye. It is set that amniotic implant is instrumental in forming of cellular structure of склеры and activating of uveoscleral way of outflow of intraocular liquid. The results of clinical supervisions showed safety and high enough efficiency of intrascleral implantation of amniotic membrane. A tendency is exposed to the decline of activity of antioxidantses enzymes, antioxidants and SH-groups of groups in blood of patients of ПОУГ. A tendency is marked to the increase of maintenance of oxidizing activity of littlenew dialdegid and spare of red corpuscles in blood of patients of POAG. The increase of level of little new of dialdegid and decline of level of SH-groups is marked in sclera of patients of POAG.
