New method of different diagnostic between acute vessel neuropathy and in-flammation of optic nerve (Patent of Ukraine (51)A61B5/00) had been developed.. The method is based on E-ROC test, which gives possibility to determine the grade of autosensibilisation of organism: "high" level (11-16 % and more) says about in-flammation of optic nerve, "low" level says about acute vessel neuropathy.
