The increase of energy of laser radiation higher than 250 mJ results in damages of intraocular structures - iris and lens of the eye. Possibility of changes refraction of experimental animals' eyes is studied under action of laser termokeratoplasty. After operation, strengthening of clinical refraction is attained on the average on (2,54 0,47) D. Statistically reliable difference between the attained refraction result of operation in the terms of supervision to 12 months and preoperated level of clinical refraction (spherical equivalent) taking into account regression made on the average (0,57 0,46) (p<0,05).
