Direct linear cross-correlation intercommunication is set and meaningfulness of indexes of expression of markers of activating of lymphocytes (CD25, CD38, CD45, CD54) and Fas-ligand CD95 depending on the sizes of uveal melanoma and result of treatment (eye-preserved or radical), that it can be used for the control of the conducted treatment. Meaningfulness of work: studied curative pathomorphosis into tissue of uveal melanoma after photocoagulation. The level of markers of activating of lymphocytes is set CD25, CD38, CD45, CD54, CD7, CD150 and Fas-ligand CD95 as compared to healthy persons and their meaningfulness for determination of individual sensitiveness of uveal melanoma to the conducted treatment.
