Concentration of coenzymes (nicotinamide oxidized and reduced; glutathione oxidized and reduced; metabolic status of thiamine), metabolites (lactate, pyruvate, methylglyoxal, acetoacetate, malonic dialdegyde, diene konjugates), activity of phosphatase acid and antioxidant enzymes have been determined in the blood animals and tissues of eye. The results have shown, that at the development of experimental diabetes in the retina and blood of animals there were sharp violations of level of explored coenzymes and concentrations of metabolites. The reduced form of phosphorilative NAD, reduced gluthatione and metabolic provision of thiaminpyrophosphate been greatly lowred in concentration of the retina. In the same terms there is concentration of methylglyoxal, pyruvic acid, laktate, acetoacetate in a retina and lens of the eye is considerably increased. It was detected the accumulation of toxic metabolites and reducing of the level coferments in the blood. Such metabolic changes can be examined, as one of substantial links of pathogentsis of diabetic retinopathy. Injection to the animals of complex of coenzymes (thiaminpyrophosphate, nicotinamidemononucleotide, flavine mononucleotide) largely corrected the noted violations of metabolism. The derived information is the pre-condition for deep study of metabolic status of coenzymes in experiment and clinic. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
